I'm taking the plunge with HipWriterMama's 30-day challenge. Here's the scoop. Do something every day for 30 days, and you'll form a new habit.
So, for the next 30 days (starting yesterday), I will drink 8 glasses of water a day.
I did some calculations yesterday with my kids. To figure out how many glasses of water you need a day, take your body weight in pounds, divide by 2 (to get how many ounces), and then divide by 8 to find out how many cups you need a day.
I need 8. My son needs 4. Daughter 2. Husband 12. (These are all rough approximations).
It's too late to officially sign up for the challenge, but never too late to challenge yourself!
